An upcoming female recording artist/songwriter has stepped forward to accuse the Montego Bay-based deejay of stealing her lyrics to record a diss track aimed at the Vendetta deejay.
Shaneil Muir, who is known for her single ‘Proud Side Chick’ and writing the lyrics for Denyque’s ‘Proud Wifey’ single took to Instagram last week to speak on the incident.
According to Muir, the Gothic Dancehall artist stole her lyrics after she performed the track for a producer and used them in his ‘Murder Dem’ single which is featured on the “Soul Reaper Riddim.”
