Popcaan Joins Residents In Peaceful Protest Advocating For Immediate Change in St Thomas (Video)

The ‘Unruly Boss’ Popcaan, given name o.c Andrae Sutherland displays true patriotism as he stood united with residents of his home town St Thomas, protesting for better infrastructural conditions.

The community of St Thomas is known to be one of the more neglected parishes throughout the island as it pertains to garnering financial aid from the government.
Evidently irate residents of St Thomas came out in numbers as they peacefully demonstrated the urgent need for community change, in particular the “..deplorable conditions of the roads.”
” How can our kids go to school with these roads?! ” yelled another resident.
Our sources are reporting that the Dancehall community, citizens of Jamaica are currently commending Popcaan for his active participation in community/parish affairs.
